Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is packed and ready to go, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. During busy times like sales or new launches, processing times may be slightly longer-but we'll always keep you updated!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the U.S. only.
Orders under $75: USPS First Class or Ground (3-7 business days) - $7.95
Orders $75 and up: USPS Priority / UPS Ground (2-5 business days) - Free
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high order volume.
Local Pickup
Local to East Prairie, MO? Choose Local Pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.
Pickup location and instructions will be provided after purchase.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. Need help? We're always happy to assist-just reach out to us at Avery@patchandpurposeco.com.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot replace or refund items shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
