Refund policy
At Patch & Purpose Quilt Co., we want you to love what you create with our products! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer STORE CREDIT for eligible returns.
Please Note:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items, custom cuts, and fabric bundles are final sale and not eligible for return.
- We do not offer refunds—STORE CREDIT ONLY will be issued for approved returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
